Hey guys... I played Wiffle Ball at Nicholl Park with some friends after work last Thursday. The field closest to MacDonald was completely dug up by a tractor... I think they are working on the field irrigation.
I'm not sure if they are going to dig up all of the fields, or if that will effect the availability of the other fields.
Just wanted to let you know it might not be a good spot to play this Sunday.
Maybe DeFremery? McConnell? El Cerrito High (the one on Moeser)? I assume Scott and Nick will be the best judge of where to play.

Hey, I'm going to go check the Nicholl "shade" field and see whether it's been dug up like the other Nicholl field. I expect the "shade" field will still be usable. If so, then it will be the field we use, with Moeser as the backup. As always, check the email , phone number, and/or site to determine field playing conditions. Also, directions to Nicholl are available in the email and maps are listed on the website.

Hey, Nicholl Field 2 (the "shade" field, the one closest to the BART track) is available for this Sunday. I verified that they are only doing construction on the other field. Be aware that there may be extra traffic on MacDonald Ave due to construction on that street --- allow a few extra minutes to get through it. As always, check the site and/or phone hotline Sunday morning to verify the latest in terms of field status.
