Us, with Fantasy Baseball rankings

Post by retep »

If some of these rankings seem odd, it is because it is based on total stats. If you don't come often, you can end up down on the list.

First of all, our top 10, career ranked:

Scott: 81
Paul: 78.3
Nick:77.3
Will: 70.8
Ken: 65.9
Peter: 61.8
Pat: 49.1
Chris: 43.4
Rich: 42.1
Carlos: 36

Second, our top 10 (with 12 at-bats), Season 3ranked:

Richard: 8.2
Will: 6.3
Scott: 5.9
Paul:5.2
Daniel: 5.1
Peter: 4.7
Ollie: 3.1
Ken: 2.9
Chris: 2.4
Nick: 2.2

Yay.

Thanks for breaking this stuff down --- very interesting. Here's the points modifiers so people can understand these values:

+ .075 for each hit
+ .25 for each total base
+ .125 for each run scored
+ .125 for each RBI

- .05 for each at-bat

= total player point value

Peter, please state if you used a different point modifier system.

Not yet, AntMo. You would be a bit lower than Carlos, if you're wondering, based on your total numbers.

Don't worry. its much based on the number of games you have played. Fear not.

I like Pat's system: I'm ranked 5th!
