Hey Ken, let's make it 6:30, shall we? That way there should be at least the three of us, so we can as a minimum have you and Anthony alternating pitcher and hitter with me catching. If someone else comes down we can see about other stuff, but for now pitching is top priority, I would say. If needed I could throw a few soft lobs, but I don't think that would be very useful for BP.

Rob, I totally would but I just practiced yesterday with Nick and his out-of-town friend Jonah. My arm is kinda sore from throwing BP, plus a blister broke open on my hand from taking BP.... so I have to wait things out until Sunday. Sorry, too many details, I know.
