Ahh, your location info confused me.

Yeah, I live in Richmond out of convenience due to the gentrification and overpricing of my hometown of 30 years... Da'Town

Ok, so I booked the "slow" cage for 12-1 on Saturday. The guy I spoke to told me that the cage is 45 feet, no the regulation 60.5, so I figured we wouldn't be doing ourselves any favors by taking one of the faster cages. Plus, he quoted me 45-55 mph for that cage. Realistically I don't think any of us can pitch much above 60 at most right now, so that should be good enough. The speed can be adjusted if we feel it is too slow, and in all likelihood we could probably switch to a different cage entirely if it can't be adjusted enough for our liking; they aren't going to be too busy, he said.
So Jason and myself are going, and Anthony might swing by. Anyone else want to join in?

I might jump in onto that cage session on Saturday. I'll know more definitively toward the end of the week whether or not I'll be participating.

My best chance for practice (cages or otherwise) is going to be Thursday nights.

Yes, unless I participate, then I can give you a ride and Paul can just meet us there (or some variation of what I just said).

Hey Paul

Hey Paul,

You know I'm picking Jason up, and we're meeting you there, right?

I just want to make sure you're not waiting around at Lake Merrit BART.

Hey Paul good lookin' out on the cages in Pinole... This could be a natural extension for any of us who would like to work on our hitting... I look forward to hitting with you guys again up there soon.

:P All for less than a McValue Meal and a Frap and as Scott would say.. hitting is low(er) in carbs

Hey thanks, and yeah, we should do it again. It's a pity that many of us are not free on Saturdays. That said, four people seemed like a good number, five would be OK, I think six would be about the max for one cage.
Let's see how we do tomorrow! I can't wait to see Scott switch hit!

Yeah, that was fun. If we get enough people together we could take over the whole place... :)
