Our team must've had 10 infield hits, and another 10 ROEs... while the other team had at most 2 or 3 of each. We loaded the bases with no outs via infield hit at least twice and I can remember another couple of times that beating out throws to first kept an inning alive.
In all honesty- the teams weren't that offensively lopsided. Our team may have had a slight advantage, but a lot of what happened was a result of many players on our team performing beyond expectations (most notably William). I know I haven't played as well as I did yesterday, either offensively or defensively, in a very long time (and to think, I probably wasn't even top 3 on our team in production

Oh well... I guess that's the end of the B-town connection

I think stacking that much speed at the top of the order with William's consistant power was the biggest problem. Between Daniel, Dorian and I, we produced only a handful of outs (approx. 5) in nearly 30 at-bats. If we had anyone besides William in that 4 spot it would've been a little different, but I still think Daniel, Ken, Dorian was the problem.
p.s. when will these stats be up?
