the one i found is in alameda just onhte other side of the tunnel called mariner square atheltic club its only twenty bucks for an hour.

the only bad thing is the machine isnt 60 feet away and there is only one cage but i have never seen it used when i showed up.

paul told me about it on the forum and he put in a google link so just to a search and you will find it

Peter Rich has used it in the past and we will probably start frequenting it in the upcoming weeks. It's only one cage but no one uses it, you can adjust speed and movement yourself and you have it all to yourself for as long as you want. Sounds like a no brainer.
