Poll: Who's had the best off-season?

Post by retep »

If you want me to add another team to the poll, just ask :D

OK: Why I picked the Giants (not just cuz I love them!): The team filled all of its holes, and did not loose a key player, other than Dustin (last year's closer). We have a 2nd spot hitter (which we haven't had since Bill Muller left). We have a guy who can protect Bonds (Alou). And a closer. Even if he blows twice as many saves as last year, he's still worth it!

But, most importantly, our defesne is the best I can think of. We had JT Snow, the best at his position. But now we added Vizquel (best Fielding % of any SS in history) and Meanthy (one error in last 2 seasosn.)

Oh, It shall be a gooid year.

Who else had good off seasosns?

I think you need to add Florida in there, singing Delgado for them was huge, gives them a true power hitter they've been needing.

Ok, it won't let me add another poll option.

I figured it wouldn't, but I decided to throw it out there anyways.

I think the Dodgers did the best over the off-season. Since they dumped all their talent during the regular season, there was nowhere for them to go but up. However, picking up Derek Lowe was the dumbest move of the off-season hands down.
I intended to write something to remind everybody of my superior prowess.
