How do you make the Attach signature checkbox to be checked by default?

Click on the "profile" link in the list of links at the top of this page. Scroll down till you see a series of radio buttons. Select "yes" to "Always attach signature".

Is there a way to have that on as a default when people register? Through the admin panel I mean. I'm setting boards up for something so I'm just wondering.
