I'm surprised that game was close......

Looking at the numbers, I'm amazed it was a 1-run game.

Peter's Team had 10 extra base hits, while my team only had 3.

Peter's Team had zero (0) strikeouts, my team had 4.

Interestingly, the score once we got to Raimondi was 7-3 Scott's Team. So my team was never really able to overcome the first 2 big innings at DeFremery by Peter's Team. As mentioned before, we finally tied it up at 13-13 in the 7th, only for Dorian to then put Peter's team back ahead in the bottom of the 7th, this time for good (14-13).

Also noteworthy was the 4 run inning by my team at Raimondi. So we know it's definitly doable to put up a crooked number on the board on that field.

For the record by the way, that's not the lowest scoring game in our history. The lowest scoring game was actually 12-7, all 9 innings played at DeFremery.

Wasn't that the first inning there?

I donno if that's a good assment, scott. It was like we were playing on the moon: everything was different. Once we got our berrings, we smoothed out.

It was the second half inning there.
