I know it's all about fun, but I would like to get a little bit serious about my hitting. At least, it would good to develop a consistent stance and swing!
So, I am wondering if anyone has any of the many books, DVDs or VHS tapes that are out there about hitting, and wouldn't mind lending to me, for a short while.
Fielding and running are of course of interest, also. There is plenty of room for me to improve there, also...

I have one from the early 90s. Its very basic (for youngsters) but its not all bad.

Paul, I also have some on fieldng and baserunning, if you want those as well.
