Incorrect stats for 9/25....

I scored 2 runs... one one my triple where the ball was overthrown in the 6th, and one on the home run by Rich T. after my double in the 8th inning.

I had an RBI on my triple, as Sean T. was on base for that triple.

Not sure how the scorebook works, so that is why I did not really question it during the game. But I know for a fact I scored two runs, and that I had that RBI!!!

Peter, you weren't even there, how could you possibly agree?

Anyway, I agree with you Anthony. But, next game, please take a minute to learn how the scoresheet works (it's simple) so these things can be corrected mid game. It would really suck to have it wrong and have it change the outcome of the game, only to realize later when it's too late. Since you are new we'll correct it. Everyone gets a "get out of learning the scoresheet" card at the beginning. The reason we have to have a rule where stats can't be altered retroactively because it becomes far too difficult to verify at that point.

But, yeah, I agree with you that need another run scored, and a RBI. I'll update it.

So, 2/4, 2 runs scored, double, triple, rbi, webgem. Well done.

Also, Peter has a home run that he did not get credit for. Fix it.

Haha, yeah, I hoenslty was going to check midgame, but I did not think it was possible to have that screwed up!! But next time I will check after every inning. Thanks.

Not a big southpark fan actually. I should be, but for some reason I can never watch it without changing the channel.

I guess I might as well let you know my career (and what a long career it is!!!) stats are wrong as well. I should have 14 total bases, and that would change APS and slugging as well. Just letting you know.

Hey Anthony........ you are correct once again. I'll change your total bases, slugging percentage, and APS so that they are accurate.

If you are interested, here's how it got messed up. Just last week, I took over the updating of career stats from Peter. So it's taking me a few tries before I get perfect & good at doing it. It's done on a big excel spreadsheet, so there's formulas set up already to figure out a person's TB, SLG %, and APS. When new people come and play with us, we just add a new row at the bottom, and put their name in it. That's where it went wrong. I was able to add your name, and your numbers and everything, but, I forgot to paste the formulas for TB, SLG, & APS down to your row.

Anyway, thanks for pointing it out. Here's what I believe your total numbers should be so far (in your long career):

Anthony Y: .700 avg; 10 ABs, 7 Hits, 6 runs, 2 doubles, 1 triple, 1 homerun, 7 RBI, 14 total bases, slugging % 1.400, APS 2.100, 1 webgem

I will correct the spreadsheet to include the formulas so it's accurate. However, it may not show up for a while though, and here's why: After I update the spreadsheet, I email it to Peter, and then he publishes it on the website. I'm not sure when Peter will get a chance to republish the new (corrected) spreadsheet. And since next week is a "live" game (for which career stats do not apply), it's possible Peter might not publish an updated spreadsheet until after the next non-live game, ie 2 weeks from now. Or, maybe Peter will read this post and think, "damn, Scott, he's my cousin, I can find a minute to repost the corrected spreadsheet, chill out dude".

haha, sounds good. Dammit I can't go this sunday though, i have my fantasy hockey draft!!!
