Should we do this? Scott and I have been talking about some of this

After the last game in June, all players will be asked to e-mail their top 3 picks for MVP (in order) to someone (maybe scott or I). We could also do votes like best defensive IFs and OFs, and whatever else people can think of. We will also honor the AVG, HR, and maybe WebGem champs?

At this time, we will also start the stas over. We will continue counting carrer stats and records, but will also count season stats and leaders.

We see seasons running from Jan-June, and then a second season from July-Dec. I guess for this first season, we'll go back to when we first counted stats since Nov, 2004.

Thoughts?

Ok, smarty pants! Gold gloves usualy refer to the best player at a psoition. Since we only have 1-3 people who often play a perticular position, I didn't this we should use that model. I wanted to make this different.

I don't think we should e-mail our picks for MVP. What if someone goes on a different name and sends an e-mail, you'd never know. I think we should write them at the games then count them and turn in the resultsd the following week, and whoever gets the most votes WINS.

Ok, how about infielder Gold Glove and outfielder Gold Glove?

Yeah, we should consider limiting the Gold Gloves to just 2 total. One for best outfield defense, one for best infield defense.
