Live games also bring balks, leadoffs, steal attempts, more plays at bases, etc. The field ump will have plenty to do, read the above.

Wow, I need to go to typing kindergarden.

What I ment: "those are safe out calls at bases that we are used to making."

As in, this is nothing new.

I'm sure they will have plenty to do, but i donno if it warrents us taking someone from playing.

i'm pretty sure I volunteered a while ago to field ump this week. or maybe I simply thought about doing so. but it doesn't really matter...

by the way paul, i suggest coming on sunday prepared to play incase we have <18 people show up...

also, Nick (or anyone else) can you call me Sunday morning and verify the the location where we will be playing. I work until 10am and will be heading to the BART station from work (i.e. at no point between 9:30 and the time I get on BART will I have access to the internet)
