Except for ...James, who just watched, zen-like calm under pressure.

I guess his extensive military training meant that he already knew no one was under there. Maybe he has some kind of enhanced peripheral vision, and that's why he never removes his shades - 'cos they're some kind of bionic top secret shit.

The best part was Scott's reaction after the search for crushed bodies.
