In italics are my conerns, aftere the rules in bold
- Stray Balls - Extra, spare baseballs should be kept in foul territory, out of the field of play, or inside pockets or gloves that won't be used for fielding. Any time a pitcher throws a pitch to his own team while there is still a pile of baseballs on or around the mound, the batting team will be warned. At the next violation, the batter will be issued a strike. Each new person that goes out to pitch is eligible for a warning before his team is penalized. A batter can strike out if this scenario occurs after a warning while the batter already has two strikes.
this was more for DeFem than C.F. Can we strike this from the book?
-Score-keepers hold the final authority to award a hit to a batter, rather than an error. Also, the score-keeper decides if a hit is an extra-base hit, or if the batter reached extra bases due to an error.
I this should be clairifed to say "The official score at the time of the play inquestion has the final call on the decision." Maybe this is nit-picking, but this it could help.
- Before pitching to your own team, always look around to make sure the defense is ready.
Or else... what?
Also, maybe something should be written about when a fucked up play by the batting team's pitcher is an automatic out, or just and error

Rules Updated
Hey, the Rules section has been updated to reflect the above concerns. I recommend everyone take some time to review all the rules, since my guess is none of you except Peter have really checked it out that much. A lot of thought has been put into every rule listed there. Go to the main www.parkbaseball.cjb.net page, then click "Rules" on the main navigation bar at the top of the page. You should refresh for the latest version of the rules page.
