Pissed I Missed The Game

Post by BostonMike »

Damn, it sounds like you guys had a good time at the new field. Are you gonna play there more often? I'm pissed I missed the game but my ride Peter was sick, I had another guy coming Sean, who didn't call me and I was up late so I basically just slept all day. I hope I get a chance to see this new field, and defitenly next week I will be there with my buddies or not.

Looks like we're going to be there for at least the next few weeks...

Hell Yeah we're playing on easter, what do you think I'd rather do?

Hit my third career Grand Slam HR out of the park in what would be my 2nd career walk-off HR?

Or look for fuckin' easter eggs?

I mean, come on, the answer is obvious!!!!

It's all about the weather

The turnout should be fine.

I've already heard from new people from the Craig'slist post, plus some old regulars will be making re-appearances, such as Jason.

We'll be fine on turnout, it's all about the weather!

Start preparing your devices to bail out ole DeFremery!

A high turnout could make a nice change, we could have a catcher all through the game, which speeds things up a bit.
Anyway, I need to drastically cut back on the amount of throwing I do for a while, doctor's orders. So, I would need to DH the whole game, although I'd prefer to be catcher (or 1st base, if I'm really lucky). Not that I'm any good at catcher, but I am willing, which seems to be more important!

I'd be happy to relieve my duties of catcher to you Paul.

Paul and I should be on the same team, and switch: He's an OFer, and I'm often a 1Ber...... I can play the corners of pitcher tomorrow, cuz my head is fragile, and i don't wanna be be hit just 60 feet from home.
