You all suck.
You all knew it. I just put it in writing. By the way, I voted "Yes" too. So don't be shy. Be proud!
I intended to write something to remind everybody of my superior prowess.

Ok...I'll talk some shit.Southpaw Slim wrote:This forum has been dead for two weeks? Didn't we have 26 people and a one-run game last Sunday?
WHERE'S THE FIRE?
Last season's unanimous MVP wants to know if anyone took advantage of his absence yesterday and made a dent in the stats. As it stands right now this title defense will go down as one of the easiest in history.
How's that?

I broke out of my pseudo-slump at the plate about halfway through the game. Dispite being 3/5 already with 3 runs scored (or something like that) I hadn't managed to hit the ball out of the infield until my triple in the 6th (?) and my "would've been a walk-off had i pulled it" sac fly in the 9th.

Really? I sort of consider myself a dead pull hitter and you pull as frequently as I do. (Or maybe that's just when I'm pitching to you.)TheLegend wrote:I wouldn't consider myself a dead pull-hitter (not to suggest that i frequently hit the ball to right...)

The correct target to shit-talk would be me. Leadoff hitter that goes 1/7 in front of Kenyatte, who had like 5 hits. Plus, my glove had full blown aids in the field. It was disgusting. I led off the game with a bad throw to 1st on a groundball, leading to 5 unearned runs. Looks like it's suicide for me again. Worst game of my life, I'm still crying myself to sleep each night.
By the way, the boxscore/stats will be up soon. Nick let me borrow his computer to help me switch over to the new computer I got, and that meant DeFStAr is down until he gets a chance to get everything set back up. And even at that point I'll still need to do the boxscore. Anyway, stay tuned, sorry no stats to eat yet.
