(See changes below.)

Hey -- anyone feel like going to see the Al Gore global warming fest on Friday night at Embarcadero?

Tickets and showtimes here (probably need to buy in advance):

I'm thinking about going to the 8:30 show. There's an afterparty (which I would go to for amusement value more than anything else).

I was planning on going to see it Friday night, but at this point it's dependant on Richard's friends and whether they are going to have another kickball game. If not, I'm in (if I can get tickets in time.)

I have to work at that time, otherwise I would certainly go. Maybe saturday appeals to folks?

No, no, no... I am now realizing the following:

A) movie looks good, but will be widely available for a while

B) this Friday (tomorrow) the Twins will put up Cy Young winner Johan Santana against the A's

C) the backup plan I mentioned of Saturday doesn't look good either because we (jason, scott, nick) already have tickets to the A's that day. Saturday evening might be a possibility, after the game.

Thoughts?

Johan Santana more persuasive than Al Gore?

I'm down with Saturday night for the movie instead.

I'm about 80% sure I'll go to the A's game tonight as well.

Shall we change the topic title to "A's game Friday"?
