the green ball

i remember a little while a go some one had a green ball that was 9oz instead of 5. i was wondering where he got it and how much it costed. as i plan on pitching more often and want to develop strength in my arm and that seems like the best way to me.

That's mine, I got it from Western Athletic Supply (
www.wasupply.com). There are other weights but they are often out of stock. One thing you can do is let a ball get thoroughly soaked in water. Let the cover dry off so it doesn't feel wet, but the core will never fully dry out, and the ball will remain heavy. This will probably only get you an extra 2 ounces, though.
