The campaign I am working on has a very low-level website. We need to kick it up a notch, and we need help.
Here is the catch: like all good local liberals, we're broke.
I want to ask if any of you know a webmaster who knows their stuff, but could volunteer some time. Maybe a student looking to build a portfolio?
