lengthening procedure for tendons

so after pitching on sunday i was talking to my friends dad about how the inside of my elbow sorta hurt. he said that it was probably cause my tendons were too short and show me about 6 procedures too stretch and strengthen your tendons. so i figure that should help with how long some one could pitch. i was wondering if this is true.

on of them was hold your arms straight out to 90 degrees, then have your elbow pointing down and your palms pointing up, then point your fingers straight down or as down as possible.

there are a few other but take to long to explain on the forum
