I think that you can get that for free, try searching for it at cnet.com

Anyone with a Mac (Macs rule) can do it as it is built in to the print driver (print to file as .PDF) or there are a few free ones you can download. Like Scott stated, try download.com (cNet.com)

This is way late, since I never go to the "Logistics" forum, but here goes. Sorry if it's too late to be useful.
This is one way to do it:

Here's a site that seems to suggest several options. I would encourage you not to actually purchase anything.

Peter I have Acrobat here at work. Email me your file if you still need this done.
The free download is for the "Reader" software only, and this will not do what you want. Yes it's free, but it's also crippled.

Note that the free Reader download is not what I'm talking about.
As detailed by that page, you can install GhostScript and GSView and generate PDFs without having to buy Adobe Acrobat.
(I was going with the "teach a man to fish" philosophy, which is not to say that your "give a man a fish" approach is anything less than totally generous, Paul.)
