Scoring gripes and disagreements

Here's a new topic in which we can gripe  and/or disagree :? about the scoring. Here's my gripe:

In the 5/29/05 game 1 I'm pretty sure I had at least one hit. I think my first at bat was a ground ball that found a hole between 3rd and short. I may have had another hit as well but I'll settle for one I suppose.

Here's the thing.......... it's next to impossible to resurrect stats after the game.

This is why everyone should take personal interest in statkeeping. I don't know whether or not you help keep stats, or check them periodically, but if you don't, you should.

Imagine me trying to sort things out after the game is already over. All I can do is look at the sheet.

So after you come back to the dugout each time, it is recommended that you check the statsheet for accuracy (if not taking over the statkeeping role since you're no longer on-deck, batting, baserunning, etc.).

Oh, and one last thing, it's SIMPLE TO DO. It takes only about 2 minutes of explanation at the very most. Everyone should take part.

Yeah that makes sense. I should have checked it out during the game, which I will do in the future.
