OK, new hottness: New doubles leader, many people kocked around or off some lists, new people added, and Scott is not just hanging on to second place in the batting lead by 0.004! (And I'm right behind him!)
Check it out!

I noticed I maintain a rather healthy lead in RBI, and was stunned at the amount of doubles I hit on 3/13. I would also like to note that I think I'm in the Top 5 for .AVG!
Thank god I was able to break out of that slump. Hopefully I can stay hot while fresh off my injury.
I intended to write something to remind everybody of my superior prowess.
Carrer stats
Hello,
I was just checking out the career stats, nice. Just wanted to let you know I also had triple in the 3/13 game that is not on the career stats. Thanks
Pat K
Oh yeah its supposed to rain on Sunday, the games still on regardless right?

Rain means nothing
We have only had to delay a game due to rain one time before.
The Oakland A's haven't had a rainout in over 4 years.
BASEBALL IS MEANT TO BE PLAYED AT ALL TIMES IN OAKLAND!
Pat, check the website at around 10:15 sunday morning to determine whether or not the field is playable, and which field (if not Curt Flood). Odds are very very good we will play, so plan on it!

Yeah, Nick I think you're number 4 in AVG, I'm at 5. You better stay on form, because I'm looking to move up. That said if you do stay on form, it will be hard, since that form has been pretty damn good! Hopefully my new bat will arrive by Sunday, I'm still hoping to hit one out of LF.

rain this weekend
In the event that we have to do prep work on the infield as we have done before at Raimondi, let's all try and bring something useful for scooping and/or carrying water away. Frequently people want to help but all the implements are in use. The old cut-off milk/juice bottle seems to work fairly well, especially combined with the miniature trash can for carrying the water away. Shovels are great if there is also a dirt pile around. I don't recall if Curt Flood had one, anyone else remember?

Good Call
Hey good call Paul.
I don't think there is extra dirt around.... Maybe if I have the time I can get some sand from HomeDepot. But then again, I'd feel bad dumping sand on their dirt infield. I guess I should get dirt if I'm going to get anything. The shit is expensive though if you're talking about doing it over a large area.
Good call on everyone bringing some device to help prepare the field. It will help us to start on time (and will take the stress off of me) if everyone brings items to bail out the field if necessary. The cut-off plastic milk container is definitely a good device.
Don't forget to check the website Sunday morning around 10:15 to see what the Field conditions are!
